Maiden Flight

I need to do this (blogify?/blogerate?) because I need to use my head for something besides a parking place for my hat. I also need to channel a boatload of frustration into something other than general crankyness. I have no shortage of opinions on damn near any subject. Since almost anything will cause my opinion generator (o.g.) to kick in I’m apt to opine in any direction. I’m not responsible for my opinions, the people who do or say things that activate my o.g. are. I do have some favorite subjects on which I’m prone to pontificate. Although this list is far from complete and subject to expansion without notice, the primary categories are:

· History, with primary focus on American and Colonial Spanish America
· Car Stuff including hot rods and hot rodding
· Reaction to current events; politics, religion, economics and non-specific hypocrisy
· Anything else my o.g. triggers on

I’m new at this and I’m flying by the seat of my pants. I’m going to keep things free form to keep my ocd from running things.
